I have been a premium user and have stopped paying for gold due to such a slow download as of late. I wish it were a chicken before the egg situation for I would pay again if there were any indication downloads speed would pick up. The way it is now is so bad I am having to transfer things to a competitor. One big problem is there are no answers that I can find to some simple questions. Like how to downgrade a premium service until things are resolved or why has the download speed been so bad as of late. And please don't tell me this is the wrong place to post such. If it is just fill in the blanks that are all over this service and tell me and others where to find the answers.

We're currently working on putting premium customers on a separate network - which means our premium users will be able to download as fast as their connections allow.

I'll put an update here when it's been done :).
