Can you use Fetch to upload?

I'm wondering if anyone uses an ftp app to facilitate managing files. I use Fetch or Transmit (on my Mac) to do that on my isp's web space they provide, but they only give me 10mb.
Anyway, if you do, please let me know what the server address is.

FTP transfers are only available whilst signed into a FileDen premium account. and/or from FileDens wap portal.
