File Linking Question

I have been searching for a good free file hosting solution for my needs. I think FileDen is the one that will do it for me, but I want to make sure.

Many file hosting services provide links to download your files, but I am looking for a service something more like photobucket but for pdf files. I want to post a link on a forum or in an email for my friends that will open a pdf on the web rather than requiring that they download it. Can I do this with FileDen?
