This thread has been well documented, but seeing you're new, in future try using the search feature, before posting repeated questions.
Your account is alloted a given amount monthly, Your file activity is what actually consumes that bandwidth. three main activities reduce the amount available.
1. Uploading your files to fileden
2. Streaming your files on a media player
3. Sharing your files ie; allowing someone to link to said file/s
Here's the math behind usage: example one 5Mb media file (MP3).
Said file uploaded to account= 5Mb used.
5Mb file played 10 times a day on a Myspace flash player= 50Mb per day (per file)
Over the course of a month this usage for one file alone can use
50mb x 31 days = 1 .550mb (1.5Gb) per file per month!
Does this make it any clearer?
