If I'm not mistaken you believe that fileden is a download webiste, however this is not the case. Fileden is a personal file storage site. Simply put, you upload a file, fileden stores the file, and depending upon your account status various options are made available.

From my understanding PSPWXP is a copyright protected program, therefore this type of file sharing is an infringement of 'Terms of Use' and ultimately not encouraged.
