Not sure if this is the right thread to post this but am too frustrated at the moment to look any further.

I'm not a new user of fileden as I'v been using it for about a year. It is generally ok except for the occassional slow upload.

2 days ago, I upgraded to silver as my blog was getting increasing high traffic and the 5G bandwidth wasn't enough. But today, for the whole day, I just couldn't upload anything at all. Zilch.

Can someone let me know if there's any problem on fileden? For the moment, I have to use anothr sites to host my file. But I hope this will not become a permanent decision.

Thanks for the reply in advance.

Firstly sorry to hear you're having trouble with your account, however it may be as simple as clearing your internet cache (after closing all open windows) and returning to fileden folders list and clicking on the refresh button.

Secondly I would like to make you aware of the possible changes to your file URL's as a result of upgrading to a premium account. As your files are now stored on the secure premium server, this may also be the cause for the delay in file access as a result of your account being moved to the premium servers.

Contacting fileden admin team will aide in a speedier solution if none of the above helped.
