Hello devinehot,

Unfortunately yes, you'll have to wait 11 days for the reset or upgrade to a gold/diamond account. Premium accounts do not have unlimited amounts of bandwidth, your usage must be too high for the account you're using.

Hope that helps.

Kind regards,
The File Den Team.

Space: 198.1 MB / 5.0 GB

You have used 198.1Mb of your allowed space which is 5GbBandwidth: 25.0 GB / 25.0 GB

This is how much traffic your account has generated either by uploading or accessing your files. if you have files that are being streamed from your account onto a media player, you can use up your bandwidth quite quickly.
The math: Using one MP3 at 5Mb per file:
(for example) 5Mb consumed uploading the MP3.
Now say your song is played 20 times a day.
So you would have used 5Mb x 20plays = 100Mb per song per day.

Times that 100Mb by 20 songs in a playlist played 20 times a day.
20 songs x 5Mb x 20plays = 2Gb per day! as you can imagine 25Gb bandwidth can be consumed very quickly if streaming media files on a popular site like MySpace.

Also take into account that on MyFlashFetish.com your files can be searched and played frequently, also adding to the consumed bandwidth.Next bandwidth reset in 11 day(s)

Bandwidth is reset every thirty (30) days from the date of activating your account.
Once you have used your allowed bandwidth, you will not be able to upload or download files until the meter has been reset.I hope this has answered your questions...

I have a question. I purchase bandwidth also and have "0 days left" for reset yet I am still waiting.

Does 0-days mean I should be on day 1?

Please contact admin about this problem, unfortunately upgrading your account does not automatically reset the bandwidth meter. I'm sure admin will be happy to reset your meter manually, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Dear Administration,
I have come across a recurring bandwidth exceeded warning. My thirty day bandwidth has reset itself after going through its first rotation. Also, I have removed any code of the player prior to this incident reiterating. Could you please reset my bandwidth?

Thank You,

For Admins,

My account was using the gold plan, paying the $9.95/month for 50GB of bandwidth. I did so because of a certain file i wanted available to people (and LOTS of people want it). But for some reason when i went to pay for this month's service, i was told i had to cancel then upgrade my acct. My meter now reads 5GB and i can't upgrade. What's going on cause i don't want my acct to exceed its alloted bandwidth when i want it to have 50GB not 5GB. Now, i did miss a month (december i do believe) in which i forgot to pay the subscription. Is that what's causing this?

thanks in advance,
Basher EJS
