spam and fraud on Ebay forums by FileDen

i have a serious complain against one of the users from FileDen, he or she is spamming the Ebay.nl forum discusion boards with the folowing text:

New for all ebay users!
This program will give you alot of extra functions at ebay!


For buyers:
There is a bug at the ebay server, when you use this program, paypal will send the payment to the seller, but you don't have to pay anything!

For sellers:
There is another bug at the ebay server, when you use this program, all your ads will be updated with the most expensive promotions possible, and it doesn't cost you anything!

I've used this for 4 months and I can tell you you won't get in trouble. Also I've made the program undetectable.

Dear trivius, Please accept our apologies for any possible delay in responding to this problem.

You must however appreciate that some users fail to adhere to the terms of use policy. The type of file that is being stored in this instance was a zipped file. which we cannot vet the content of uploaded files.

Our only course of action is to delete the offending file/s and suspend the account of user/s found to be infringing our (TOS) Terms Of Service agreement.

Fileden cannot be held responsible for files that are uploaded by users. All users sign an agreement to that effect when registering a new account.
