FTP Sharing

I note that, from the forums, a premium account has the capacity for FTP file sharing (this includes the silver account, right?). Does this allow me to have different terraces of access, with one sort of user able to access some groups of files, and another sort of user able to access other groups as well as 'Admin Access?'

From what I know so far is that you log into your account using a client (Cute FTP) or similar, and you then have access to upload/download and manipulate your files via the ftp client. sharing of files is achieved only by posting/offering URL's to your files. (remeber the act of sharing may infringe copyright laws depending on material being shared).
