one of your member is serving a IRC trojan. and all infected users computers are spamming people through private messages on DALnet to download the trojan URL ****************/2008/2/11/1752666/Acha.zip I have sent 2 e-mails to your support but they don`t even respond. and the file remains

Mod: Well it's a bit foolish to post a link here to the infected file.

The file has been deleted and the user of whom uploaded it permanently suspended.

true but is there a better way to get a response? I used the web form twice and didn`t get even a auto reply. is there another way I can send abuse to that I do get a response but is in fact private?

The best way to report an infected file would be to use the Contact Us (http://forums.fileden.com/sendmessage.php) link at the bottom of the forum page. Alternately send a Personal message (PM) to one of the Fileden team. not posting it in the main forum where any fool can click on the link out of curiosity.

Ok I will try private message next time if it`s necessary. unfortunately I will not try the contact us link since I did that twice and received no feedback in any way.
