How to download.

If i have uploaded some mp3 here, how could I download them back? if i click the download link a windows with the mp3 in streaming opens, but i don't want to linsten to it but to have as a file on my hardisk.
and, after resolving this, how could i send a link to people who does'nt have an account here wich could let them downloading, and not only listening to ?

There are a number of ways, the most obvious is to right click on the file in the old browser option and select 'save target as' or you can post a link (URL) file into an email / web page, or in the new fileden browser right click on your file/s and select download file.
