file den needs to fix their service..
why ONE day after i went premium am i getting a chmod error??

it appears I have to find a more reliable server and get off fileden.. disappointed, because
FREE service went so well... probably just a way of HOOKING me - and NOW giving me
less than the best effort...

im sad about this, it means alot of work for me.

Unable to access user folder for raytigre. This could be due to the userfiles folder not being CHMODed correctly.

There has been an announcement posted (http://forums.fileden.com/announcement.php?f=8) for all to read at the top of EVERY thread relating to this CHMOD error, all users being informed that the matter is being handled, and normal service will be resumed as soon as possible, the problem is only affecting a small number of accounts, to which admin will contact each member when the issue has been resolved.

i just upgrade to silver plan few weeks ago and i wondering why my bandwidth goes out so fast ? I've tried to move some files to a new folder and renamed but seems like nothing help to get my bandwidth reset right away.
my question is why it take 11 days to reset my bandwidth? Fileden made me feels like i got rip-offs because i could not upload my files for 11 days , why i have to paid for something did not work right. is there any ways i can get my refund back?

As far as I am aware, if youve upgraded your account as a result of running out of bandwidth, your bandwidth meter is NOT automatically reset, this is because too many people buy a premium account, then cancel it after getting a reset which used to reset the FREE accounts bandwidth. Please be patient, administration will refund you and re-enumerate you for any losses.

i thought my account was gone because it was from 2006, so i said in here i made a new account seagal64 , and thus hoping to be able to use fileden again, but it is still 2009 and i read some about 2006-2009

so i guess i have to wait til 2jan 2010 to make a new account and have it working?



anyways, i will have to look for another free service to cover the time till FD is back and up again


i read ur story bout ur wife and i hope that all will come out for the best.... i myself have had lots of personal trouble in the past concerning health issues of family (some died) so i know how you must feel right now
