Cannot access files in account

Hi - my upload folder after a few weeks still says it's down due to maintenance. I read the pinned post so if you could help restore it, that would be great. User name is the same as my account name - afterThought. Thanks.

Hi - after a week I would have hoped for at least a reply. Can anyone tell me if my files are permanently lost or if actions are being taken to recover them?
