Bandwidth Reset Counter

I'm always wondering when my bandwidth resets so a counter would be really great. A simple countdown clock to when bandwidth resets or even just a small line - "Bandwidth Resets (Date)" - would be helpful. And while I'm at it, could I get a heads up as to when my account gets reset?
