Feature suggestion:

I've noticed that you do not have an option to view posts with NO replies,
this would be a valuable addition if it can be added?.

You can order a forum by the number of replies it has instead of its age if you want. Click where it says 'Replies' and then click the arrow next to it. You should then see all the topics with no replies. :)

Hi! New user here. Great site you have. Just one suggestion....how about adding the option of expanding and/or collapsing folders and subfolders?

A lot of people I know that use fileden just make a new account everytime their bandwidth runs out because it never resets when they pay or when it's time for the bandwidth to reset. This has happened to me too. When I tried to contact support about it I never got any reply.

Strange that your post count does not reflect that you haven't even once attempted to resolve any problems you may have had in the past, if you have encountered problems with your service, you have not made any attempt to resolve them on this support forum.

Creating multiple accounts does nothing to help resolve issues or bring them to the attention of Fileden admin in order to help resolve outstanding issues, not just for yourself but for the benefit of all Fileden users.
