Will Upgrading make my mp3 files and gifs run quicker on myspace?

Ok, I am clueless when it comes to bandwidth and storing files and everything that goes along with it.

My question is pretty dumb but I will ask anyway because I have no shame.

I have some animnated gifs on my Myspace page, but they take forever to animnate...and go in slowwww motion.

If I upgrade my account, will this speed them up?
