"File Does Not Exist" ?!?!?!!!!?????

I've moved my uploaded files to another folder (from "main folder" to "my documents" folder).. upon doing so, i checked MY FILES section, and they can no longer be seen and can't be located on any section. i've logged in and out, refreshed my browser many times but still i get the same Uploader Message: File does not exist.

What happened?

Is this normal when you re-allocate your files to another folders?

Can my files be again retrieved?
(i am really hoping so cause these files of mine are really important, and they are so many that i've put so much time and efforts on.)

i hope u understand my english is not so good. :(
I have the same problem about "File Does Not Exist" and also i have no acces to my folders/map my question is,

How or where can i see when there is essential server repairs ? and how do i see that ? how i know when i enable again to upload etc... :confused:
