I think I discovered the problem.
If you go to the route directory of that site (http://www.abetterstart.com/), you will notice it has been hacked... it currently says "stop the world, i want to get off" (LOL).
So basically I am guessing your friend visited the site before it got hacked, and therefore has the page you linked to in his/her cache still. That means s/he is still able to view the page from the local cache but if you have never visited that particular page before, your browser won't have it in its cache and you will not be able to view it.
To put it short: just wait until the site has recovered from being hacked (assuming they have backups) and you should be able to view that page.

The source code for that page contains only:
'stop the world, i want to get off'
Someone with access to the server that the page is hosted on has been altered or 'hacked' as suggested.
It would also seem that all other content for the site has been deleted. hence the error 404 page not found.
