how long does it take for my bandwith to reset??

Bandwidth is normally reset each month timed by your registration date.

can anyone embelish on this just a little, seeing as fileden has nothing to say about it? for example, how is it determined, is it everytime someone listens to one of your songs some of your BW gets used?? whats the deal?
