Default Files 0MB after full upload

I have uploaded a file three times and everytime the full upload finishes, it says it is '0' MB in size and doesn't exist when I try to link it. The file has been fully uploaded several times and shows in the folder. After having a lot of problems trying to contact someone and finding it's an impossible task, I think it's time to find another place. No wonder so many people are leaving.

while files are being relocated some users are experiencing upload errors.
Some people however can understand that all technology sometimes breaks down.
Most people it seems here are just displaying a complete intolerance to any sort of problem,
if they don't get what they want when they want.
Innit strange how some of the biggest whiners here are FREE account holders!

I'm one of the users who can sign in just fine, but having upload issues, as all of my uploads also read 0 MB in space. I read the update and it said to report the issue on here if I have upload problems. Fileden is a good site, I must say. All of my songs have maintained great listening quality when linked to other sites, so I can only hope for the best in terms of the server repairs.

Sir:

I am complaining because I have paid for a yearly account!

We all understand technical problems but the attitude "it will get fixed, when it gets fixed so quit whining" is not acceptable. It's costing me money and while I'm willing to get folks a chance to get it fixed, at some point I have to cut my loses and leave.

When you offer a commercial service, we deserve more than "quit whining"
