Unfortunately yes, anyone from the early part of 2006, we do not have any hope of recovering data for. We've done our best to this point and will continue to make attempts but we have about 1% confidence we can succeed with that effort

Kinda seems silly that you (or the data center or whoever screwed the pooch on this) don't have a backup or redundant system in place in the event of a major hardware failure, especially for a pay service. I'm lucky that I only had a handful of pics on my account that I can live without, but for people who paid to store their important data, I'm sorry for your loss.

I do find it amusing that the NoSpam verification includes when you guys were established, yet you just lost data from people who helped support you by using your service right at that time.

I've moved on to another host. Thanks anyway.

I'm getting this error when I try to access my files:

"Unable to access user folder for actionactioncut. This is a temporary error due to maintenance work, if this problem persists, please contact us."

And anything I've hotlinked doesn't work, obviously. I've only had my account for a couple of months.

For a long time there was a problem about not opening folder of files . Today i looked and saw that this problem is absent . But now another problem is here . I have free userships named bilgim , bilgim1 , bilgim2 , bilgim3 , bilgim4 , bilgim5 , bilgim6 , bilgim7 , bilgim8 , bilgim9 , bilgim10 , bilgim11 and bilgim12 . In bilgim12 there are some files . But the files i uploaded were absent . You deleted them . First i want to ask that why you deleted . Can ' t i do anything ? You told me about my accounts that they had been created on April 2006 and so you could not anything about them . Why ? Am not i a user ? And do not you give me a service ? Am not i important for you ? And i want to ask another thing : Why did not the service work and could not i enter into my files for a long time ? What is the matter ? You deleted lots of my files . What is the source of the problem ? I have to upload all my files again and why ? On my site lots of people download lots of files . Because of the problems they can ' t .
